- Shred the Chinese sausage into thin slices and add to a hot pan and cook for a few minutes and then reduce heat.
- Add oil to some water and boil your sprouts (if not cooked already!)
- Add ginger and garlic to sausage pan but take care not to burn sausage.
- Once cooked add soy sauce to sausage pan and mix well with sprouts.
- Serve and enjoy.
