Yau Bros Festive Sprout Leftovers





































Ingredients:

Chinese sausage

Garlic

Ginger

Sprouts

 

Method:

  1. Shred the Chinese sausage into thin slices and add to a hot pan and cook for a few minutes and then reduce heat.
  2. Add oil to some water and boil your sprouts (if not cooked already!)
  3. Add ginger and garlic to sausage pan but take care not to burn sausage.
  4. Once cooked add soy sauce to sausage pan and mix well with sprouts.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
