Beef Yakitori

Ingredients :

Beef Ribs 600g, Some Leeks, 5x Bamboo Skewers, Some Roasted White Sesame Seeds.

Marinade :

Amoy Japanese Style Teriyaki Sauce 5 tbsp

Method (Oven & BBQ) :

1 Cut beef ribs into 3x3 cm cubes. Cut leeks into similar size.
2 - Marinate Beef Ribs for one hour, Thread the beef onto the bamboo skewers alternating with the leek.
3 - Keep the remaining marinade for later use.

( Oven ) 
Preheat oven to 200°C. Place the beef skewers in the oven and bake for 6 minutes. Take out the beef skewers in the oven and bake for 6 minutes. Take out the beef skewers and brush with the remaining marinade. Flip the beef skewers to the other side and continue to bake for 3 minutes. Repeat to coat the beef skewers with the marinade. Flip the beef skewers to the other side and continue to bake for 2 minutes. Sprinkle roasted white sesame on top. Ready to serve!

( BBQ ) Grill the beef skewers in a hot grill for 10 minutes. After 3 minutes brush the beef skewers with the remaining marinade again. Sprinkle roasted white sesame on top. Ready to serve!
