Here's Some Info About Our Deliveries:

We ship nationally, throughout the entire UK. Our shipping costs for various regions around the UK may vary – we’ll explain below!

We process orders ASAP! We try to go as quick as we can, so we normally process orders within 1 – 2 business days, however we are unable to ship or deliver during weekends and holidays. We’ll keep you updated by email & through your account. If we have lots of orders, we may have delays – but we try our hardest not to! In certain conditions, we may delay an order due to stock levels or times an order is dispatched (e.g. an order containing chilled items that is ordered on Friday will be held back until Monday due to the items being perishable and not able to be delivered over the weekend). Please note, the order processing times do not include shipping, which is down to Parcelforce's delivery schedule

We currently use Parcelforce Local, who offer fast and efficient services across the entirety of the UK!

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will be contacted by Parcelforce Local, who will give you more information. Once an order has left our warehouse, the courier should be contacted as we are unable to manage the order at this point.

Please make sure all of your shipping address & contact numbers are correct, as Parcelforce use this info to make your delivery. If this needs changing, please contact us ASAP as once it has left our warehouse, we can’t change it.

We take every effort to ensure products arrive to you safely. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph and send us a copy, and we will be able to assist. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please see more info about our policies on refunds and returns by clicking here .

Our carriers do send regular updates via text / phone. If you have not received your order, first check with the carrier. Occasionally parcels may be delivered to alternative “pick-up-shops”, which you will be notified of. Should an item be lost, please communicate with the carrier to resolve these issues.

Please note we are unable to offer free shipping outside of UK mainland areas at this time. This includes Scottish Highlands / Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, and British Isles. We are looking to improve our offering. Customers in areas outside of the UK mainland area will have a surcharge (as listed above) applied to the order, this is due to the increased cost for us to ship the items to these places
