Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at yaubros.co.uk (Yau Brothers and Co Limited) Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are typicallyprocessed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Order updates will be managed through your account or via email / phone contact info as supplied.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
In certain conditions we may delay an order due to stock levels or times an order is dispatched (e.g. an order containing chilled items that is ordered on Friday will be held back until Monday due to the items being perishable and not able to be delivered over the weekend).
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that discounts applied to orders will affect free shipping eligibility

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Carriers Used
We currently use DPD Local for shipping. Orders are picked up from our warehouse, once this has happened you will be informed by DPD.
Addresses
Please confirm your shipping address (including postcode), email address and telephone number are correct. If this information needs changing, please alert us as soon as possible. Once it has left our warehouse, we will be unable to amend the information.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Our shipping provider will contact you with further details via text / email. Once an order has left our warehouse, the courier should be contacted as we are unable to manage the order at this point.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Yau Brothers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). UK mainland orders should not be affected by this.
Refunds, Damages & Returns
We take every effort to ensure products arrive to you safely. If you order arrives damaged, please photograph and send us a copy, and we will be able to assist.

Redelivery / Lost Items
Our carriers do send regular updates via text / phone. If you have not received your order, first check with the carrier. Occasionally parcels may be delivered to alternative “pick-up-shops”, which you will be notified of. Should an item be lost, please communicate with the carrier to resolve these issues.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the UK
