If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Please contact us via email to initiate a return. You will need to provide your e-receipt as well as any photos that may be helpful.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If you have received the wrong item or you are missing an item, please contact us. We will either refund you for the item or send you out a replacement.
If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us via email and attach pictures of your product. You will then have the choice of either a refund or replacement. Please let us know which you would prefer in your email. This will speed up the process.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
